Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layout, design, case studies and software — is owned by or licensed to Precode and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference only. You must not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, republish or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

Where you engage Precode to provide services, that engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or services agreement) between you and Precode. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the terms of that agreement will prevail in respect of the services.

Any reliance you place on the content is strictly at your own risk.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, products or services available from third-party sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity in relation to the Site.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure, free from bugs or errors, or available without interruption. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your equipment as a result of using the Site.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, arising under or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including any loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; business interruption; loss of anticipated savings; or loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation.
These limitations do not affect the terms that apply to any services you engage us to provide, which are set out in the separate agreement governing those services.
